Return & Replacement


Refund or replacement claims should be made within 7 days.

Return all packaging materials including the original product packaging, delivery note and invoice.

Take a picture and send to contact us support@greenwood-vitality.com to request a return or replacement.

After confirming that the good status meets the requirements, we will notify you of the return or replacement application as soon as possible.

After obtained our approval of such return, you need to return the goods to us within seven (7) days at your own cost.

We will notify you the status of your return as soon as we received and inspected the products. If eligible, we shall replace with a new product whenever is possible. If the product is out of stock, we will make a refund in form of a Coupon.

We will issue Coupon as refund or replacement of the product. The paid delivery fee cannot be refunded.
